Super-N FAQs
The Honda Super-N has a top speed of 84mph. This means it's perfectly suited to commuting and everyday urban driving.
The Super-N electric car offers standard horsepower of 63bhp. However, this can rise to 94bhp when using the vehicle's unique BOOST Mode.
Electric cars have electric motors instead of the internal combustion engine in traditional petrol or diesel-powered vehicles. EV batteries are connected to an inverter, which transforms the DC current from the grid into an AC current. The electric traction motor then converts the AC power into mechanical energy to power the wheels.
Instead of refuelling at a petrol station, the EV battery is recharged via grid electricity. This is done through a wall socket or a dedicated electric car charge point.
Electric car charging times can vary based on:
- Your make and model
- The vehicle's battery size
- How empty the battery is
- The output of your charging point
- Any caps on charging speeds or output
- How hot or cold the weather is.
Given all these factors, electric car charging can typically take between 30 minutes and 12 hours.
The Honda Super-N is expected to take around 30 minutes to charge for a 15-80% top-up. The electric vehicle has a 50kW maximum charging speed.
The Honda Super-N EV has a combined range of 128 miles, or up to 199 miles in city environments.

Yes, the Super-N from Honda offers wireless Apple CarPlay®. This system wirelessly connects to your iPhone, allowing many of your device's features to be mirrored and accessed on the vehicle's touchscreen.
Google isn't built into the Honda Super-N. However, the vehicle is compatible with Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay® allowing you to access Google apps on the 9" Honda CONNECT screen.
The Super‑N's Honda SENSING safety suite combines smart features like automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, lane warnings and steering assist to help keep you safe, centred, and in control on every journey.
The Super-N has five drive modes. Along with its standard modes ECON, City, Normal and Sport, there's a unique BOOST mode.
In BOOST mode, you can raise the car's power output from 47kW to 70kW. It also offers a simulated seven-speed transmission and engine sound.
The Super-N from Honda has been designed as a compact car that's ideal for urban driving. Its driving dynamics are tailored to the UK's roads, with a compact e-Axle.
The Super-N is only 3.6m from nose to tail, lightweight and agile making it an ideal EV for the morning commute, school run, or general city driving.
